We're a pet sitting service in Jacksonville, FL, and we serve the following areas: San Marco, Mandarin, Fruit Cove, Baymeadows, Southside, Jacksonville Beach, Ponte Vedra, Nocatee, and parts of St. Augustine. If you are located up to 10 miles outside our service area, we can still serve you with a $25 travel fee! If you're not sure if you're within our 10 mile service area, please submit an inquiry to connect with us.

Yes! Once you inquire with us, we'll reach out within 24 hours to schedule a complimentary 15-20 minute "Meet and Greet" at your home to meet you and your pets. We request a $15 deposit for additional (optional) "Meet and Greets," applied to your final fee. Please note that pets that display aggressive behavior at the meet and greet may result in us needing to decline the booking for our and your pet's safety. If you're concerned about your pet's behavior, please still inquire with us! We'd love to schedule additional opportunities to help your pet feel more comfortable with us prior to our visit and love serving pets with special needs.

Please provide finalized leaving and arrival times at the time you sign your contract, and notify us of any changes 24 hours prior to arrival at minimum. We request that you provide basic cleaning supplies in the event of pet stains (laundry detergent, disinfectant spray, floor cleaner, and vacuum). We request that your pets' food and medicine be labeled and set out in a safe area not reachable by your pets. If the food or medicine runs out, we reserve the right to charge our Concierge rate plus mileage to buy more and will bill you for the purchase.

We request that short-term stays and drop-in visits notify of cancellation at least 48 hours in advance. We request that long-term stays notify us one week in advance. Because we are reserving our schedule for you and turn away new business for the same day or time, late cancellations for all services will result in a 50% charge. Yes! We use a client communication app called Time to Pet that allows us to send text updates, photos, and videos of your pet while you're away, for total peace of mind that they're safe and happy. You can also use Time to Pet to communicate with us about your departure and arrival times, as well as update us on any changes to your plans.

We're a small, family-owned company which allows us to provide top-quality service for our clients. That also means that we can book up quickly, especially around popular travel times like summer/spring breaks and the holidays. At minimum, we request that you book at least one week in advance of your drop-in or short-term stay, or two weeks in advance for your long-term stay. It's never too early to submit an inquiry and reserve our services for your upcoming trip, even if it's far in the future!
